Initial Meeting +
Meet and tell us what you are looking for out of the home and land. Review sample homes, discuss tentative pricing and walk land if desired.
Design Deposit +
Once you are comfortable that CR is right for you, we take a non-refundable design deposit to draw up preliminary plans with our architect. These plans go back and forth through several revisions until they are right for you. Now that we know you, the land and the house, we can develop a spec sheet and price.
With the design deposit process finished we send your attorney a contract to build. Most homes can be started with as little as a 10% contract deposit. The balance of the funds can come from your construction loan or CR can bundle the whole thing for a one time closing. There are different advantages to each. Call to discuss.
After the contract is signed we are on our way! You will visit our vendors' and suppliers' show rooms and make your selections. If you stay active in the process CR can build a typical 3000sf home in about 6 months.
